hbaja Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hbaja", "we", "us", "our" refers to the hbaja platform, accessible at hbaja.io, and the entity operating it.
• "You", "Player", "User", "Account Holder" refers to any individual who registers an account on hbaja, browses the platform, or makes use of any service provided by hbaja.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by you on hbaja following successful registration.

• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register accounts.

• You must not already hold an existing active account on hbaja. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be flagged, winnings withheld, and accounts closed.

• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that covers hbaja services.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits or verified in your name during KYC. hbaja does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• hbaja reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC will delay withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is received.

• Money laundering: Using hbaja accounts to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or providing forged documentation during KYC verification.
• Interference: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or data.

All content on the hbaja Platform, including but not limited to the hbaja brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compiled data, is the proprietary intellectual property of hbaja or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without express written consent from hbaja.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
